Automotive Supplier Transitions from Tenant to Owner

Progressive Investment Company announces the sale of a 42,000 sf manufacturing facility within the Santa Claus, IN Industrial Park. The existing Tenant of the building exercised their option to purchase the property at the expiration of the initial five-year lease. Progressive still retains an eleven (11) acre site adjacent to the facility that is open for development.
