100,500 sf Distribution Center is Completed Ahead of Schedule
Progressive Investment Company has delivered the completed distribution center to DMI Furniture two months ahead of the scheduled occupancy date. Ground was broken this spring on the 8 acre site within the Scenic Hills Commercial Park located on Interstate 64 and State Rd. 162 in Ferdinand, IN. The 100,500 sf Butler Pre-engineered facility will compliment DMI's existing operations as well as allow the company to serve new markets as it continues to expand its operations in Dubois County.
