CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON CLIMATE CONTROLLED SELF STORAGE FACILITY

Progressive Investment Company is pleased to announce the construction of the St. Charles Self Storage facility to be located at 400 S. St. Charles Street in Jasper, IN. The project will consist of four separate buildings totaling over 26,000 sf. With the completion of this project in the Spring of 2007, the company will be operating four self storage locations serving customers in the Ferdinand and Jasper areas.

Brian Tretter, of Progressive Investment stated, “We are excited that our business in the Jasper market has reached a level that has allowed us to grow. In addition to offering a wide variety of unit sizes, we will also be including digitally secured, climate controlled space for those who need these features. Like our other locations, we will be partnering with Seufert Construction and Butler Manufacturing to ensure that the quality is second to none.”
