SCENIC HILL COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT RECIEVES FINAL PLAT APPROVAL
The Town of Ferdinand has granted Progressive Investment Company, LLC final plat approval on the company’s commercial development located on Interstate 64 and St. Rd. 162. Included in the development are seven commercial lots and four industrial zoned lots. This phase of the development comprises just over forty one acres. Each lot within the development has excellent visibility and access to Interstate 64.
Brian Tretter, of Progressive Investment stated, “The Scenic Hills Commercial Park lies strategically between Evansville, IN and Louisville, KY in an area that has historically been underserved by businesses interested in meeting the needs of the interstate traffic. Also, Exit #63 serves as the primary exit for visitors to Holiday World and Splashing Safari, which draws nearly one million visitors each year. Our company has expended a great deal time and resources in making this development happen and we look forward to bringing addition investment in the form of development into our community”.
Progressive Investment Company is a locally-owned real estate developing and leasing company with more than twenty years experience in Southern Indiana. The company owns and manages a variety of properties including: manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution, commercial office buildings, short-term storage and billboard advertising. In addition to owning the Scenic Hills Commercial Park, Progressive owns the Buffalo Flat Commercial Park in Jasper. Both developments offer excellent locations with all necessary zoning and infrastructure in place.
