FERGUSON ENTERPRISES TAKES OCCUPANCY OF ADDITIONAL WAREHOUSE SPACE

Progressive Investment recently completed a warehouse addition to the Ferguson Enterprise operation located in the Buffalo Flat Commercial Park in Jasper, IN. The additional space, which was completed ahead of schedule, will be used by Ferguson as they add HVAC and other product lines to this location. Seufert Construction completed the original building project and also the design and construction of the addition.

Progressive Investment Company is a locally-owned real estate developing and leasing company with more than twenty years experience in Southern Indiana. The company owns and manages a variety of properties including: manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution, commercial office buildings, short-term storage and billboard advertising. Progressive also has two commercial parks under development. The Scenic Hills Commercial Park, located on I-64 in Ferdinand and the Buffalo Flat Commercial Park in Jasper are both excellent locations with all necessary zoning and infrastructure in place.
