PROGRESSIVE AQUIRES BILLBOARD STRUCTURES ALONG INTERSTATE 64 EAST AND WEST OF EXIT #63

Progressive has moved forward with the planned acquisition of outdoor billboard signage along Interstate 64. The company will be adding locations that will serve both east and westbound travelers. The company intends on continued growth in this area in advance of the completion of the final road improvements within the Scenic Hills Commercial Park at Exit #63

According to Brian Tretter of Progressive Investment, “Our commitment to adding value any way we can for our customers is the underlying reason for our acquisition of billboard advertising structures. We want to be ready to offer business locating in the Scenic Hills Commercial Park immediate exposure to travelers along I-64.”

Progressive Investment Company is a locally-owned real estate developing and leasing company with more than twenty years experience in Southern Indiana. The company owns and manages a variety of properties including: manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution, commercial office buildings, short-term storage and billboard advertising. Progressive also has two commercial parks under development. The Scenic Hills Commercial Park, located on I-64 in Ferdinand and the Buffalo Flat Commercial Park in Jasper are both excellent locations with all necessary zoning and infrastructure in place.
