Progressive Investment Expands its Industrial Property Holdings

Late this summer Progressive Investment Company purchased sixteen acres and has optioned an additional twenty seven acres within the Santa Claus Industrial Park. The property adjoins State Rd. 162 and will be less than a mile from the $150+ Million four-lane US231 renovation project. It is also strategically located between the newly constructed William Natcher Bridge connecting to Owensboro, KY and Interstate 64 to the north. Brian Tretter, a Partner in Progressive Investment stated the following: “Our expansion into Santa Claus, IN will allow us to offer customers another great option to consider in their site selection process. We are very excited to be working with this community in an effort to locate quality companies in the park.” All utilities, including access to rail, are in place.
