Buffalo Flat Industrial Park Infrastructure has been put in place. All lots are now ready for construction.

All gas, water, sewer, electric and streets are complete in the Buffalo Flat Industrial Park. The final improvement was made when Lottes Drive, the 1,300’ Street bisecting the Park was extended. Project Engineer and Progressive Investment Partner, Kevin Tretter, stated the following: “The completion of Lottes Drive marks and end to infrastructure improvements that our company needs to put in place to serve the entire forty-acre development. We will now begin focusing our combined energies on procuring Design/Build construction projects. In addition to the lots available in Jasper, our company has ninety acres ready for construction in the Scenic Hills Industrial Park located along Interstate 64 in Ferdinand, IN.
