Indiana 15 Regional Planning Commission enters into a purchase agreement with Progressive Investment Corporation

Indiana 15 Regional Planning Commission has found a permanent home in Ferdiand, IN., with the help of Progressive Investment Corporation.

The 5,400 S.F. office building, located on 221 East First Street, has been chosen to be the new office for Indiana 15. The building provides eight office  suites, a large conference room and an additional 1,400 S.F. for future expansion needs. They are currently working with Seufert Construction on the internal modifications.

Karen Dearlove, of Indiana 15, is excited about the move to Ferdinand, which will take place at the end of September. "I'd like to acknowledge the Ferdinand Town Council, Progressive Investment Corporation and German American Bank for their support and efforts that will make this relocation possible", stated Dearlove.
