Progressive Investment Corporation Breaks Ground New Facility in Ferdinand, IN

The construction of a 24,000 S.F. distribution/warehouse facility began at the beginning of this month and is scheduled to be complete by November. The aggressive schedule on the project was requested by the building’s tenant, Styline Transportation. The company’s tremendous growth and the resulting need for additional space led to its partnership with Progressive Investment Corporation. According to Seufert Construction, the engineer and contractor on the project, the floor slab will be completed by mid September and steel erection will immediately follow.
